Venetia looked at the shield Iphigenia was talking about and listened to the costumer, memorizing what she said. “Of course.” She replied and immediately started to picture how the shield might look like. “I will start working on it right away, do you have a specific date in mind when it has to be done?”

"Not specifically, the sooner the better though." She glanced around. "Now do you need the payment immediately or is it going to be payment when it's done? Also, can you estimate what the price will be if it is payment later?"

“You don't need to pay at once, I like to let costumers see my work before they pay. To make sure they're satisfied with what they get.” She fell silent for a moment, thinking about the price. “Not less than 27 gold pieces.”

Iphie pulled out her satchel and dug through it until she found her money bag. She pulled out five gold pieces and slid them to the shopkeeper. "Here is five, I will pay the rest when it is completed." She'd have to do some extra work to get the rest, if the woman wanted more there were a few more coins she could spare but she was strapped for cash. "When can I expect it ready by?"

Venetia took the gold pieces and gave a nod to the woman. “Give me seven days. It will most likely be finished then.” She told Iphigenia.
