Eris stood at the gates of the palace gardens, she was fidgeting nervously, after all this was the big day. In a way, it was the complete and utter end of her current carefree dance and the beginning of a waltz. And then there was the dress. She honestly hated it, the tight corset and big puffy skirt. How the hell could women fight into these... things.
She could feel different people staring at her, she must look terribly silly to them all. Exactly why should a street rat, no, a thief dress in such uncomfortable clothing. Oh yes, and there was the fact that she could hardly breathe.

Standing at the end of the aisle Skye was uncomfortably adjusting her green suit, but as Eris appeared at the gates her mouth hung open. She knew Eris was beautiful but seeing her in her stunning wedding dress confirmed her belief even more. She was the most beautiful person she had ever seen though she did look a little uncomfortable which made Skye let out a slight giggle.
Turning back to face the person they had "persuaded" to be their wedding minister she blushes slightly. 'this is it the big day. Why do I feel so nervous? Ahh well I am marrying the most beautiful woman I have ever seen must be natural.'

Eris walked down the aisle tripping every other step, still trying to get used to heels. Finally after an agonizing five minutes, she finally stood next to her fiancee. "Why did I have to wear a dress? I think I'm more butch than you." She grumbled whispering into her ear. Taking in a deep breath, she exhaled and calmed down a little, "You look beautiful by the way."

Blushing slightly she whispers into Eris' ear.
"You had to wear it because I had the suit made for me already." Grinning slightly as her quick planning had managed to get her this suit. "And besides you look much more beautiful in the dress then I would have."

"But you're used to these things." she muttered lifting the bottom of her dress to show the "things" in question. "I'm more used to flat soled shoes." At that time to "priest" cleared his throat as he started the ceremony. Putting her mouth next to Skye's ear again, she whispered, "Am I going to be fine? I mean we haven't rehearsed at all."

Moving close to Eris she takes her hand in her own and whispers. "Are you ready for this my dearest?"

Blushing slightly she looks to the minister as well. "And I Skye Slaine-Ribbors, daughter of the Queens of Australasia, Queen Talali and Queen Kyra, High crown princess of Australasia and princess regent of the lands within do hearby take for my wife Eris Dismas." Speaking with as much formality as she could muster in her excited voice.

She did not wait until she was told to kiss the bride. No, Eris just grabbed Skye by the waist and planted a kiss right as she finished speaking. Breaking the kiss she moved her mouth next to her ear, "Let's go. I don't want to stay for the formalities."

Slightly breathless after the wedding kiss she smiles at Eris and whispers in her ear.
"Hold on sweetest there is one thing I don't think you'd want to miss. The crowning of the new queen's of Australasia." Blushing slightly she creates a warp-gate beneath their feet and suddenly they were in her Queendom of Australasia. Standing in front of them were Skye's parents who she ran up to and hugged smiling at both of them and letting out a slight giggle as she spots that one of her mothers were crying.
"Mum and mother I want you to meet my wife Eris. Are my siblings back yet?" She asked excited.

As she dropped through the portal, she couldn't help but think that someday in the future maybe normal everyday people would travel around using these.
When she landed in Australasia, she tried to steady herself but overshot it and went down landing on her butt. She gritted her teeth so she wouldn't let out a cry of pain, she was queen now and she would not show weakness. So she sat there watching her wife tackle hug two women standing in front of her. She hoped they would disregard the fact that she looked like a boy in a wedding dress. "H-hello."

Looking the girl over one of Skye's mothers smiled brightly.
"Well this is our daughter-in-law now is it? She looks a bit mannish but then again we did describe someone fitting her exactly in that prophecy of yours didn't we." She said to Skye before offering her hand down to Eris.
"Welcome to your new Queendom then" Helping her up then shaking her hand.
"Its a pleasure to hand my side of the throne over to you Queen Eris was it?" Asking with a tilt of her head.
"My name of course my name I forgot to introduce myself I am the now retiree of the throne from the indirect side most people usually call me Queen Kyra but lets drop the formalities and call me Kyra its a pleasure to see that Skye has found a woman as lovely but slightly mannish as you." Trailing on until she became a background noise.
Meanwhile Tilali was looking Eris over and smiles softly.
"Well my daughter is all grown up and now reigns in my place. I knew you would be the one to take it Skye the others never seemed as focused as you on studying who their partners were to be." Hugging her daughter again.
"In relation to your other question yes the family is all gathered here now. They are awaiting the first kiss of the royals out on the balcony." She said slightly blunt this time.
Beaming Skye took Eris' arm and dragged her away from her mother Kyra towards said balcony ready as ever for the big kiss of the royal couple to be followed shortly by their crowning.

Eris stuttered trying to answer the two queens' questions. Then a sudden realization hit her, "Um... You knew? You knew that I would be the one your daughter chooses?" she asked her spirits slightly dampened by that revelation. So... When she thought this was a meeting of chance it was preordained. She was about to ask them something else when Skye dragged her off.
What? Royal kiss? Ending up at the balcony, her face went pale. Why where there so many people? Eris felt nauseous, she couldn't see where the crowd ended. She stood frozen, "W-wow there's a lot of people here."

"I did tell you before its a big country. Plus there's a few others here just for the grandeur of it all. I really am sorry about my parents I believe that they have been prying through my communication device which I had believed broken. So umm are you ready for this?" She asked nervous now.

"Let's do this." She said and grabbed her hand dragging her out onto the balcony. She put one arm around her shoulders, letting her upper body rest against the crook of her elbow. Eris Dismas bent down slowly and kissed her deeply.
