"You worked for a princess? I hope you don't mind living rough sometimes." Now she had an assistant. She hadn't been looking for one but it was of course far better that she had one looking back in retrospect. Creating her own assistant would have been nice, but given how that had turned out the last several times it didn't seem to be all that effective.
"Three may be possible," If she had a wild lucky streak she thought to herself. "How about for now, you stay with me in the castle, I'll pay you one silver guaranteed a week, when I give you money for errands you can keep the change, that will hopefully be enough incentive to shop cheap. Oh, and if you need something special or interesting I can give you more for that. Now this won't be permanent, but for now how does that sound?"

"I may have worked for a princess, but I certainly didn't live with her. I'm used to living rough," Kizzy said with a small smile. "That arrangement sounds perfect! Now, ma'am, if I may have your name? I should very well like to know who I will be working for."
The two women were nearing the castle gates when Kizzy had a thought: What am I going to do if I run into Mirela?! She shook her head and told herself, Mirela has no hold over me anymore... If I do run into her I can do whatever I please! Now if only she could believe it.

"I could have sworn I mentioned it before. Maybe that wasn't you I was talking about. I was never good with faces. I am Lita, Lita Triat." She looked up at the castle and bit her lip. "You sure this is the place? It doesn't look like the picture I had." Lita began to rummage through her pockets. "I put it here somewhere. Aha." She pulled out a small piece of paper and began to unfold it until it as over a foot on all sides. She squinted a bit to get a better view of the paper and then the castle. The paper itself looked like it might have been a drawing at one point, but whatever ink had been used seemed to have been smudged by water until it was all one big blob. I guess it's the same, but I could swear that castle looked less blobby when I left."

Kizzy looked from the woman to the picture, to the woman again. "Miss Lita, I believe you are holding the picture upside down." The girl smiled; Miss Lita was odd, but she liked it. To work for someone normal could be boring, as Kizzy knew all too well.
