Returning the nod, Zdena took the lead without hesitation. She strolled at an even pace, not going too fast or too slow. She didn't often see the need to rush, very often and today looked to be one of those days. Even with the interruption, there was still plenty of time to collect the data she would need.
"We shall be visiting a number of these shops." Zdena explained, "Do you have any knowledge of fortune telling methods? Myths and superstitions would qualify, as they have a probability of being linked into some fact."

Sora walked along side of the shorter girl and whistled softly before pausing to answer the question "no, i not really into that stuff i take more pleasure in stories about the knight saving the girl or any kind of heroic thing like that."

"Hero stories can provide amusement. However, they can be difficult to prove if proper records are not kept." came the rather dry remark, "Oh well. This shall prove educational to us both."
Zdena continued down the street with relative ease. One might even mistake her with a local with how well she was able to navigate the streets.
"Madame Lucielle." she announced as a battered old sign came into view, "This shall be our first subject. She is said to be one of the more accurate ones. Sailors have often visited her. Even Volisovians have made a trip into her shop, when arriving for business."

Sora frowned a little at the girls lack in hero's but shrugged and fallowed after the girl in the woman's shop trying not to bump into anyone or break anything for that matter.

The frown did not register with Zdena. After all, she was focused on the task at hand. The inventor opened the door and granted the two entrance to the fortune tellers shop. The inside was in less of a state disrepair than the sign outside. It was old, but well kept.
"We shall have your fortune read." she turned to Sora, "This way I can better observe their methods."

Sora nodded "okay just eh lead the way, to where i have to be to get my fortune told" she moved up to follow the girl.

"Excellent." came the simple reply. With Sora in tow, she walked around the lobby they had entered. It was dimly lit and they seemed to be the only ones present. This would be inconvenient. Approaching the empty desk, she spotted a bell. Much like someone ready to order hotel service, Zdena reached up and rang it. After a few moments, an unassuming old man entered the room, through a curtain behind the high desk.
"Welcome!" he greeted, "Madame Lucille will be with you shortly...but first, allow me to collect the fee."
Zdena was quick to produce a pouch of money. After hearing the required amount, she placed the fee upon the desk. "My friend requires information about future events. She would like to know if she will meet....."
Zdena paused. What was it that people often came to these locations for again?
"...it is either a pet, or someone for marriage....I can never remember." she mused aloud.
"Yes, yes, that's fine." the old main replied, more interested in counting the money than what Zdena had to say, "Madame Lucille will provide answers, I am sure. Please! Have a seat, while I inform the Madame of your kind patronage!"

Sora blushed and leaned in to whisper "its marriage, but i guess finding a pet wouldn't be to bad either a nice dog or cat" she went to set down and began to think about animals that would make good pets.

"Marriage. Yes, that does make more sense." Zdena gave nod of her head at the helpful Sora, "My thanks. Effie, do make a note of this. I do not wish to confuse the two in the future."
The orb gave a soft glow, as Effie complied with the request. She took a seat next to the taller girl, as she studied her surroundings. After a few moments, they were joined by the old man, yet again.
"Madame Lucielle will see you now." he said, motioning them to follow.
(ooc: Feel free to take control of the fortune teller once she gets started. Have her tell Sora whatever ya want her to hear! =D)

Sora sat down in front of an elderly woman and smiled nervously and just handed her hand over to the woman.
The elderly woman smiled and began to do her thing, then she began to speak "ah....hmmmm yes yes, all very nice, hmmmm very interesting, you have done many great things in your life i see so far"
Sora blushed and just nodded a shy grin on her face.
The reader went on "Now lets see, some one you wish to find love with in future....i see many lovely young ladies but only one seems to capture you heart...it will take a little work but if you keep true to your self and your love for her many great things will happen for you my young knight".
Sora nodded and stood up "Ummmm nice, to meet you...eh thanks" bowing she backed up to stand beside her friend.

Zdena watched the proceedings intently. The method was a peculiar one. The patterns on one's hand hardly seemed to hold anything useful that would indicate future events. Glancing at her hand, she made sure that this was not the case for most people.
When Sora returned to her side, the inventor took a step towards the old woman and turned her grey eyes on the fortune teller. "How does this work?" she asked, in a straight-forward manner.
"Ex...cuse me?" the woman looked up with a puzzled expression.
"Your method. It hardly seems plausible." Zdena went on, "Looking at someone's palm to tell their future? I am curious as to how you make such determinations."
"Well...I can't tell everything about it." Madame Lucille said, "But it is quite simple."
"Trade secrets? Understandable. It was a rather vague fortune. What is your success rate?" Zdena half-spoke and half-mused aloud.
"I see...a skeptic. Well, so long as my clients heed my advice, they will meet their goals." the fortune teller gave Zdena a polite smile.
"Thank you. It has been an enlightening experience." Zdena gave a nod of her head. Her tone had not shifted at all during the conversation, nor had it been changing much all day. It was quiet and subdued, without a hint of emotion leaking out, "We shall leave, now."
Turning around, she nodded to Sora and proceeded towards the exit.

"We have quite a number of shops to visit." Zdena said, "Although determining any valid results will be determined. It seems that we may be encountering a lot more gauge statements. But we shall see if anything specific arises. Are you comfortable with continuing being the test subject?"
