"Nice and easy?" Jo quirked an eyebrow, "That just about takes all the fun out of it. Besides, I highly doubt your influence could extend to my past crimes. There isn't one noble in this whole kingdom I haven't stolen from. I've embarrassed the City Watch. Really, I am making quite the legend for myself, here."
Jo half grinned as she made a half circle around Skye, "No, this story only ends with my inevitable death at the hands of my many enemies. Then, I make my way towards songs of all of my deeds and perhaps stories of my ghost still haunting the roads. In the mean time! I will be enjoying my ill gotten gains and continue to pester everyone of importance! Side tracking only to make love to as many beautiful women as I can! My dear princess, you find yourself in a position in which you cannot effect the outcome! I am here to simply show you how fun it is to be in true danger! It's positively thrilling!"
As Jo spoke, she seemed to dart around the princess. She appeared less concerned with her surroundings and more concerned with making her speech look good. Which she seemed to be doing quite well, as most of the rowdy crowd had turned to pay the two a lite too much attention. Specifically to the one that had been identified as a princess.
"Oh! I seem to have spoken a touch to loudly." she smirked, "My apoplogies. This exit will not be a hasty one. It will, however, provide a portion of our entertainment. These fair patrons see a lot of gold associated with your rank! They aim to cash in! Allow us to deny them such an opportunity!"

grinning but also a bit frightened by the attention she starts blushing and whispers quietly to Jo. "What do you mean" before the throng of people started closing in on her either bowing or asking for favors. Hoping that Jo had a plan to get her out of this mess she entrusted herself into her hands.

Some were interested in favors. Of course there were those had slightly less noble approaches to the nobility. Either way, the patrons saw a potential for profit. Jo just grinned at Skye.
"Oh, there is a way. Not a quick way, but a way."
While stealth was her specialty, it was rather hard to be sneaky with all the attention being focused squarely on the good princess. Well, mostly good, it seemed. That left the tried and true method of creating a large distraction. And nothing was more distracting than a good old fashioned riot. Such things were easy enough to start, and this crowd was barely finished with the one that had been going on when they first arrived.
Jo swung her mug and neatly upper-cutted the closest drunk. As he staggered backward, more clientele pushed forward to replace him. That was one slurred words were yelled out and fists flew once more. That was the cue for the rest of the tavern to erupt in similar fashion.
"Now, my dear, we take our leave. Out the back, I believe." she laughed and took Skye by the arm, navigating her way around the fighting miscreants and towards back door.

escaping the riot with Jo leading her through the back door she quickly checks her possesions then grins. "Well that was fun. Please don't draw attention to me that way again. I had my butt pinched on more than one occasion." rubbing it now sorely. "Did you manage to score anything in the riot though?" now curious

"Just a coin purse. There really isn't anything worth stealing in these parts of town. At least if you're not stealing from thieves who've had better scores than you." Jo grinned rather wickedly as a delightful idea had just passed her mind.
"I don't believe I've ever done that!" she declared, "I'll be sure to remedy that..."
She looked around. The back alley was rather empty. Not a drunk or vagrant to be found. Jo paced about, muttering a few things to herself before looking back at Skye.
"But for tonight? We'll concentrate on something simpler. That sort of job requires far more preperation. Besides, such a monumental feat is best saved for a grand finale! I'll be sure to save that for an especially fun day. Now! We shall proceed. To the tried and true method of stealing from City Watch! They always have a few goodies in their barracks. And at this time of night, most are either drinking their wages, or donating them to the fine ladies at the House of Earthly Delights! Which reminds me! I haven't favored them with a visit in quite some time. It is a wonderful place! You'll love it!"

"It sounds like a delightful place. Can we visit there before we steal from the guards or would you prefer to wait until later?" not entirely sure what the house of earthly delights was nor really sure about what the women that worked there did however she as usual didn't care and instead believed she would have some fun finding out in person. "So Jo do you drop by the house of earthly pleasures often then?"

It was a trickier question than she first considered. Jo was about to give a hasty response when the finer points of both arguments popped into her head. On the one hand, she could see herself getting very distracted and passing up a wonderful opportunity to rob the fine people at City Watch blind. On the other hand, she would be walking right by some guards after having robbed them blind. Which may or may not be wise...
But WOULD be a lot of fun.
That settled things, "To City Watch!" she declared, "A word of warning, our stay at the House may or may not be all that long. Depending on who notices while we're there."
She took the lead and starts down through the back alleys, "I have frequented that fine establishment on more than one occaision. During those times when I have spare change to burn through."

following behind her she looks around keeping an eye on what was around them. Skye had no problems in trusting herself to Jo but she didn't want either of them to get in too much trouble who knew it may make her exile from her home that much longer.
"So what do they sell at the house of earthly delights?" curious now as the thought pops into the back of her head.

"They sell the company of many a beautiful woman." Jo grinned, "What that company mean varies on the customer. I, for one, prefer that company be in bed! It's much more comfortable than the alternatives."
Jo's strides were long and care free. She enjoyed a pleasant stroll almost as much as she enjoyed talking. The combination of the two activities was splendid.
"With what we gather tonight, you may have your run of the House." she grinned, "Spend your time as you see fit. It's on me! Or...more accurately, it's on the guards of City Watch."
She mustered up the restraint to tone her normally echoing laughter to a light chuckle. Stealth would be much needed in the impending moments. And she did t want to blow her cover just yet.

still following her spirits were feeling quite high until of course Jo mentioned that they were going to buy company from women that she hadn't met. She'd much prefer to be with someone that she had known at least for a little while depending on who that person was. Some she would like to know for more then a few hours others a few weeks and some et still months.
Her mothers voice rings in her ears about not buying women and that she needed to find someone to love her for her not for what she had. This didn't seem to resemble the house that they were going to at all. However she figured she should try to relax and let Jo do her work. "So what do you need me to do Jo?"

As they traveled the alleys, Jo recounted her fond memories of the House of Earthly Delights. Although, she did have to wonder if she was still welcome there, or not. With her tendancy for thievery, it was very likely that she would be thrown out immediately. And that was a best case scenario. Of course, she could still be opened with open arms (proved she had an open coin purse).
But, they were closing in on their destination. It wasn't time to think of possible misdeeds from the past...it was time to commit some misdeeds in the present!
"Let's see..." she rubbed her chin, "A distraction? No, that might rouse more guards than I want...."
She took a careful look at the building. Candle light poured out of one window. It was a handy enough marker. So...which would be the best approach. Maybe a quick lock pick through the back door?
"We go in through the back. Down that alley." she pointed, "See were the light is? The guards on duty are no doubt there. You keep am eye on them. If any get up to leave throw a rock at the wall and hide. I'll signal you, when the door is open. Got it?"

nodding she takes a position ready to toss a rock if needed and waits for Jo. "I'll stay here until you signal me. Got it." keeping an eye on the guards and hoping that Jo doesn't get in too much trouble before she can join in.

Daring Jo crouched by the back door. Her lock picking tools were out and she was making quick work of the "secured" enterance. It took a matter of minutes before a click confirmed that she was in, she nudged the door opened peered inside.
It was a dark hallway, illuminated only by the light from the lone occupied room. Grinning she was back around the corner and by Skye's aide in a flash.
"We're set. This'll be easier than I thought!" she said in an excited whisper. Taking the princess by the arm she pulled her back to the enterance.

"Huh? wha." was all she managed to say as she was taken inside the guard's base. "So what are we looking for in here?" she whispers lightly looking around in astonishment. To say that the guards were well off would have been an understatement however so would it be to say that they were ill organised.

"The room where they keep the good stuff." Jo elaborated, "When they pick up thieves who aren't as great as me, they take them and whatever they have stolen back here. Unless they were especially lousy and got caught where they were doing their thieving. So they toss all sorts of valuables into one room to be sorted out later. That room should be down in the basement, if they set this place up like they do everywhere else."
Jo had once been hired to spring a prisoner once. It was quite an easy affair and she had wanted to do something to bother City Watch, anyways. Having kept that map of the barracks, she made sure to memorize the important parts. In the (unlikely) event she was ever caught, her escape would be all the more quicker.
What she particularly enjoyed about this job was poor a job the guards were doing at guarding. Mostly, it was because they were not planning on being robbed. It seemed like such a ludacrise notion for a thief to break INTO the guard's barracks. And this was something to take advantage of.
Quietly, she took Skye with her as she made a few quick turns. When they got to a set of stairs leading down, Jo grinned. Her eyes had adjusted to the dark rather quickly. As she spent a lot of time in dark areas, she grew accustomed to seeing in poorly lit spaces.
