looking at the time again for the fifth time that day she curses and starts running. "Gran (Pronounced Grangh) I'm late I was supposed to be there ten minutes ago." dashing towards the archives she flies down the stairs and keeps running getting to the point that she and Liliana had arranged to meet up at the day before. Not looking now as she focuses all her energy into running she slams hard into something that felt human.
Falling over she lands on whatever it was she had run into and opening her eyes she finds herself face to face with Liliana. staggering to her feet she brushes herself off then offers her hand down to Liliana. "Up you get sorry about that I was running late and didn't want to keep you waiting? have you been waiting long?"

Liliana was glad to have a reason to leave her mistress again. So much of what she did was moping around and feeling sorry for herself. It wasn't as if Liliana could do anything to help her at this point and so she preferred to spend her time away. Aimless wandering was never a preferred activity so she was glad that there had been plans. Of course then she had to wait, not that she minded. The rich had the right to make their lessers wait and so she had become used to it. However when Princess Skye seemed to appear from nowhere and tumble into her, Liliana lost her calm composure.
The moment her hand touched the ground she pivoted off it and rolled to her feet behind a pillar. She assumed it was an accident but the danger was made clear. Very little could ever sneak up on her even at her weakest. Should this become something more than an accident she would defend herself as necessary.
Liliana stepped out from behind the pillar, brushing her suit off. "Ah Princess Skye, no I've not been waiting long at all."

"Ahh thats good I am glad. Still please forgive me for my late arrival I tried to get here as fast as I could." not wanting to freak Lilana out she folds the wings that had helped amplify her speed back into herself before she could see them. "Forgive me as well for my hasty entrance I wasn't looking where I was running and so I crashed into you. For that I am truly sorry." taking a seat I offer for you to take the one opposite me. "Please sit."

Liliana nodded. "You are forgiven then." She sat down in the chair only after Princess Skye sat first. "Now tell me, did you have anything specific you wished to speak with me about or are you simply hoping to engage in general talk?"

"I just wish to engage in a happy conversation with someone. Thats all and I figured that if it was going to be with anyone then I should at least make it with someone who's company I seem to enjoy."

"Very well then. I expect you've found everything you've needed these last few days and I won't bother asking if you're doing well since I do have eyes. However I will ask, how has your hunt for a wife gone? I assume it hasn't been solved in a single week but maybe you've found a few prospects."

"I will admit that I have found some prospects. Although to tell the truth I doubt that many of them are interested in me" sighing she slouches back into the chair. "So how of yourself? has your mistress started treating you as you wish yet?"

"What makes you think she isn't" Lili asked, still feeling the odd sensation that the other woman was reading her mind at times. "My mistress treats me very well thank you very much." She suppressed her emotions so that the other girl could not tell, at least, shouldn't be able to tell. It was disconcerting to say the least and she had to prevent herself from shifting uncomfortably in her seat.

"It was just something about your attitude last time we spoke as though you weren't satisfied." shrugging she looks at her again. "Oh thats the other thing I needed your opinion on." pulling from her pocket a massive book she hands it to Lil. "I need you to read this for me and tell you what you think. Its a detailed life of our royal line so far but I am sure that there is a mistake somewhere in there."

Liliana looked at the large book rather dubiously. She supposed the there were several questions that would require asking first. "First and foremost, why are you asking me to do this instead of someone whose job it is? Secondly, even if there are mistakes, which I agree are not uncommon in a tome this size, how do you expect me to notice or correct mistakes in your genealogy?"

"Well you just seemed to spot loopholes rather easily when I showed you my contract so I figured it wouldn't be too difficult for you to do the same for this."
relaxing once more she looks Liliana over. "So what do you normally do when you have free time Lil? I am not sure how to interact that well with people so I was wondering if you'd be able to teach me."

"Finding loopholes in a document is easy enough. You just try and find situations that were not specifically referred to already. Finding mistakes in a history requires in depth knowledge of the history to make sure nothing is wrong. I don't have the ability to check the facts so I cannot find inconsistencies of that sort." Liliana handed the book back to Princess Skye.
"I generally try to avoid free time when I can. A slave should be allowed to idle for too long or they become remiss in their duties."

taking the book back she places it back in her pocket sighing. "Fair enough I understand I just wish I could find someone able to look through it and solve its problems." sighing again she looks up just in time to hear the last few words of Liliana's about slaves not having much free time.
"So what do you do then? how do you make friends or have fun?"

"There's a reason I chose to be a slave, it's one of the things I enjoy and I consider it fun. As for friends, well there aren't many people who share my interests and besides, a slave's best friend is their mistress. Loyalties don't get crossed that way."

"Makes sense I guess. Hey speaking of that umm would you mind if sometime in the future I buy you from your mistress? I have been looking into the whole slavery thing these past few nights so I could associate better with you and I can understand most of what you mean now. I do understand that there are a lot of girls in slavery who don't wish to be but I would really like one that does. It sounds just interesting is all."
