"Simply because of the same curse not being able to kill includes not being able to kill myself." She said sighing in annoyance honestly how thick could a girl be. But then she was going to help her one way or another a nice blow from that sword could work nicely for her but it seems like she said something wrong earlier.

"As for you not saying anything about killing you honestly don't think I have lived as long as I have without learning to spot intentions for one fact you have put your hand to the hilt of your sword more then once during our talk. As for my sister having bested me well that was all due to the fact that when we had our little fight she threw me off guard by refusing to attack me and just narrowly dodging my attacks until she had me where she wished me to be and we were also fighting on her ground."

Well it wasn’t like Rasha could actually TRUST the woman. “You seem to think that the mere fact that you said you couldn’t kill anyone means I believe you. The stance is just a precaution. Also… you never said I couldn’t just capture you alive.” So she complied… sort of. Rasha removed her hand from the hilt of her sheathed sword.

And amazingly… sat down. She would seem off guard to anyone who wished for her to seem that way or anyone who may not know what to look for this woman… probably could tell she was. Though the HOW of it should elude her rather nicely. “So… you’re saying you were so caught up in killing her you didn’t notice that Ley may have been baiting you the whole time. You must have some deep hatred to lose yourself in a fight so much.” Her face which had lost its smile earlier turned up in a slight smirk. It was quite amusing.

"I hate all my sisters stronger then you could imagine, they abandoned me millenia ago and since then I have been trying my hardest to wipe them out one by one although I still have many to go, There's Ley still who is the original Earth elemental, Glace who is the ice sister as well as many more those are just the two on my top at the moment. Still though you are right I shouldn't have lost myself in the fight and let myself fall into the trap." She said sighing as she collapses opposite Rasha.

"As far as taking my alive is concerned I could still escape its not like I can't use all my powers just those that can kill someone nor can I kill with the use of my hands but everything else is still accessable." She said groaning in agony at the desire to kill the landscape around her but being unable to do so.
